Use of Whimsy Ink is prohibited from any territory subject to comprehensive sanctions by the United States Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) — including but not limited to Russia, Iran, Cuba, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine — or any other region where accessing or using the Service is prohibited by applicable local or international law. The use of VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions is a violation of our Terms of Service and grounds for immediate account termination without refund.
