Everyone deserves to read anything they can wish for. We are committed to making Whimsy Ink accessible to all users, including people with disabilities.
Accessibility is not an afterthought — it's part of how we build. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We continuously review and improve the Service to meet or exceed these standards.
Screen readers — the Service is built with semantic HTML and ARIA attributes to work with assistive technologies including VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, and TalkBack.
Keyboard navigation — all core features are accessible by keyboard. You should never need a mouse to read, navigate, or create.
Reader customization — adjustable font sizes, multiple color themes (including high-contrast options), and warm display modes to reduce eye strain.
Audiobooks — AI-generated audio versions of novels provide an alternative to visual reading for users who are blind, have low vision, or prefer listening.
Reduced motion — we respect the "prefers-reduced-motion" setting in your operating system and minimize animations accordingly.
We're a small team and we're honest about where we're still improving. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please let us know — we'll work to fix it. Current known limitations will be listed here as we identify and address them.
Your feedback helps us get better. If you experience any accessibility issues or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:

We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.
We regularly audit the Service for accessibility. This includes automated testing, manual review, and real-user feedback. We are committed to making every part of the reading and creation experience accessible.
Reading is for everyone. So is dreaming.
