Subscribers may request a refund within thirty (30) days of their initial subscription payment, subject to the following:

After thirty (30) days, no refund is available. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your access continues through the end of your current billing period.
Subscribers may request a refund within seven (7) days of any billing date. A non-refundable processing fee of $0.50 applies. Refund amount: $2.50.

Unused novel credits from Book Pack purchases are refundable within thirty (30) days of signing up for the service. A non-refundable processing fee applies:

Used credits are non-refundable. Each novel is uniquely generated using AI and cannot be "returned." Refunds for partially used packs are calculated at the per-unit price of the pack purchased for each unused credit, minus the processing fee.
One refund per account. Each account is eligible for one (1) refund across all product types. Subsequent purchases are non-refundable.
Refund method. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing fees. Processing fees cover non-recoverable costs charged by our payment processor on refund transactions and the cost of administering refunds.
Abuse. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that indicate fraudulent activity, including but not limited to: multiple account creation for the purpose of obtaining refunds, automated refund requests, or generation and download of content prior to requesting a refund with intent to retain generated content.
Discretionary refunds. Whimsy may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds outside the terms of this policy.
If you believe you were charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount, charge after cancellation), contact us at support@trywhimsy.com. We will investigate and correct any verified billing errors promptly.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
